I Can Do It

Diet – The Word most people don’t like to hear. Well, it is because it has something to do with Discipline. Another Word most people don’t like to hear. Understandable, because

Discipline=Force=Have to

When people speak about Athletes and what Great Discipline they have, they don’t know that it’s Focus that drives the Athletes, because

focus=free will=want to

That’s the answer everybody is looking for. The Athlete that Loves the Training Sessions, wants to do it, comes from Free Will, so the Athlete continues to improve. The Athlete is inside every one, it just needs to be found and woken up.

The Athlete doesn’t have a Diet, the Athlete has a Nutrition Plan, and that specific Plan is not very versatile, but it certainly works. There are times when the Athlete, “Carbs up”, which means eats whatever for a Meal or a Day. It’s ok, The Athlete is in great shape, so no harm done, back to the Plan the following Meal or the next Day. Basically, I’m saying people shouldn’t look for a tasty, saucy, versatile Diet, because otherwise it’s so boring. I wonder if people ever think how boring it is to be out of shape and being ashamed of how they look.

Athletes don’t Work out, Athletes Train.
Training=Focus=…?

Stop Working Out and Start Training. Train yourself to be the Best that you can be. You, not some one else. Of course you can have certain Athletes to look up to, they don’t have to be famous, they can be friends, people you see, a picture that strikes you.

Imagine your self, how you want to look, every night right before you go to sleep. Cut out a Picture, of any one, your own, when you were in shape (high school, college, when ever) tape it onto your mirror, so when you wake up and go to wash your face and brush your teeth, you’ll see your self in great shape looking back at you.

I can do it.

Just have to get started. I do want to feel better about myself, I want to be stronger and in the best shape I can be and keep it for the rest of my Life. I have to be able to fight all the Stress that is coming my way, so therefore my Physical strength is very important. I want my Heart to be strong as I age and I don’t need to deal with a stroke or a triple bypass, or anything in that neighborhood. My Lungs want to breathe, so I have to train them. My muscles want to move, need to move, it’s the human setup. I’m made of Flesh and Bones, Brain, Nerves, Muscles, different Organs that need to do the job properly. It is my responsibility to do that. I want to feel better about myself and I want to look at myself and love myself and not hide from Me nor the World.

There’s a song called “Jeans On” and it goes:”When I wake up in the morning light, I pull on my Jeans and I feel alright…” I want to feel good when I pull my Jeans on. Nice pair of Jeans and a T-Shirt makes me feel relaxed and I want to feel relaxed, even if that Stress comes my way.

I also want to feed my health—all the medication, I don’t want it, so I want to train and eat accordingly. My Cholesterol needs to be balanced, my blood sugar level has to be intact, and I know I can achieve it-I can do it!

My Love Life will improve, getting myself lean and healthy. My Sex Life is very important because it is part of my confidence—I want to feel relaxed with my partner and not feel ashamed, because I carry to much weight and don’t find myself appealing. Why should I be taking Viagra to perform if I can build it naturally. I don’t want to rely on medication and numerous pills for anything. My Life is important to me and my support group is me and anyone around me that shares the same belief.

I can do it! I can change. It’s not as hard as it seems and I know it all starts with thought. My brain will help me to push myself Physically and eat well balanced. I will have more fun in my Life, being in shape and feeling confident about myself. Any tough situation that comes my way, any hurdle that I have to overcome, I will be more at ease and solve it quicker and leave the stress in the dust.

The Water, I want more of it, it is very good for me, it cleanses me. I will train on a daily basis, so then I’ll also have one more shower or bath a day, which will make me feel replenished. My skin is going to feel and look better, all the toxins will leave my body. I’ve heard throughout my Life how important Water is to me and now I will do it.

I also want to go through the calendar year without having the New Years Resolution, or when Spring comes my way, to get in better shape.

I want to be in good shape and stay there, so I can focus on many other things. Go to places, vacation, have fun with friends or family. Being able to feel free and strong to do whatever I please. I want to run around with my kids without feeling exhausted and out of breath. My Life is important to me and I will train to keep it that way. I can do it!

At the moment, the only training I have is getting out of bed, getting up and sitting down on a chair or a couch, getting in and out of my car and getting back into bed. My car gets more training than I do, no--that’s going to change starting now. I know, I can do it!

I will start now—I’m starting my Nutrition program and my Training sessions today and I will come back to newtrainer.com every day.
